(1) The expenses of the commission for the purpose of conducting, supervising, directing and controlling the election shall be paid from the federal reserve fund.
(2) The commission will manage the budget received by the commission.
(3) The budget allocated to the Commission for election purposes shall be spent in accordance with prevailing laws.
